I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, and I also hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Guelph. I have worked across various community settings to support the mental health needs of children, teens, adults, and students facing a wide range of school-related challenges.
Therapy with me can be a place to slow down, make sense of your lived experiences, and begin to feel unstuck. I work alongside clients to create a supportive space where stories can be explored with genuine care and curiosity. Together, we can work toward easing life’s stressors and moving forward with greater confidence and clarity. She supports clients across the lifespan and works with a range of concerns, including anxiety, mood difficulties, stress, life transitions, and emotional or behavioural challenges.
